The room I was given was extremely small and ill-equipped. the bed was too solid, the TV was poorly mounted, and there was very limited space.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Piccadilly Line and many attractions nearby. The room was a good size for three people and the beds were comfortable. The staff was responsive to our needs and resolved any issues we had.
